One Tree Per Child

Since 2014 One Tree Per Child has planted more than 57,000 trees in Bristol, and continues to plant a further 6000 every year. The project engages with primary schools to deliver assemblies, workshops and tree planting events, teaching pupils about the importance and benefit of trees. With the help of primary school children and adult volunteers, One Tree Per Child runs a weekly volunteer programme – planting in the winter months, and tree maintenance in the summer.
