Project Description

City and Guilds Level One Customer Service course – useful for anyone working or volunteering with people. Learners have the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of customer expectations and needs and will have the opportunity to gain a qualification.

Learners will be asked to:

  • Give examples of different customers and the needs/expectations they may have
  • Explain the main ways of communicating effectively and how these may affect the customer
  • Describe how to work in line with an organisation’s procedure, including client confidentiality
  • List common complaints a customer may have and describe how these should be handled using good customer service.
